friendly staff breakfast service nespresso machine small room hallway noise hard bed
the staff was very friendly. they were eager to help with any request. the room had a nespresso machine. i had cappuccinos each morning. breakfast service was prompt and courteous. i appreciated fresh ingredients, and the ample hot coffee, and the buffet was stocked well.
our room was too small. there was limited space to move around the furniture. there were noises from the hallway. it disrupted my sleep. the bed was hard? i did not find it very comfortable.

quiet location breakfast selection attentive staff
The location was quiet. i easily walked to nearby attractions. the breakfast selection was amazing!!! i loved the waiter service. manus was really nice and attentive at breakfast. the food in the restaurant tasted delicious!!! i had room service one night. The food came fast. the bathroom had a great selection of toiletries.
The bed was very firm. A soft option would have been nice.

mixed experience, some hits, some misses
stained carpet elevator noise
The location was fine. It was about a 10-minute walk to the city center (i guess).
the room was not as expected. the carpet had multiple stains and looked quite old. also, the room was near the elevator, and i could constantly hear the machinery (it wasn't the quietest stay).
